Health and Tech Experts Invited to Shape the Future of Healthcare at HIMSS25

HIMSS is calling all thought leaders to make their mark on the HIMSS Global Health Conference and Exhibition, the largest healthcare technology conference in the world. 

HIMSS has officially opened the call for proposals and the call for reviewers for HIMSS25, taking place March 3-6, 2025, in Las Vegas. Speakers and reviewers have a chance to guide the tens of thousands of healthcare changemakers — including public health officials, CIOs and CTOs, informaticists, data scientists and practitioners — who attend the conference each year.  

Nearly 500 speakers presented general education sessions at HIMSS24 to more than 30,000 professionals representing more than 70 countries. Experts in areas such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, interoperability, workforce development and more are once again invited to lead the future of healthcare. 

Anyone interested in presenting critical advancements and best practices at the 2025 conference is invited to submit a proposal for a HIMSS25 general education session. Proposals are peer reviewed, scored and selected by members of the HIMSS Global Health Conference Education Committee.

HIMSS members are also invited to help shape the global conference by applying to review and recommend submitted proposals. The peer-review process enhances efficiency and maximizes the quality of education offered to conference attendees. More than 200 subject matter experts are selected to be reviewers. 

The deadline to apply to be a reviewer is May 30, 2024. Only HIMSS members can serve as reviewers.
